Luxury Apartment — Banani

A young professional couple wanted their Banani apartment to feel like a boutique hotel — effortlessly luxurious, but still genuinely liveable. The brief was explicit: no clutter, no fuss, and absolutely no compromise on quality.

We anchored the living and dining zone with a book-matched Carrara marble feature wall that runs floor to ceiling. Custom furniture in quarter-cut oak and brass hardware echo the warmth of the stone without competing with it. The kitchen features deep navy cabinetry with integrated appliances, and thin-profile LED strips along the toe-kick create a floating effect at night.

A Lutron smart-lighting system allows mood presets throughout the apartment. The master bedroom uses acoustic panels that double as textured wall art, creating a quiet, cocoon-like retreat.
