Project Overview
Our largest completed project to date. This 8-storey commercial plaza in Mirpur was built to anchor a growing commercial corridor, delivering retail, office, and hospitality spaces under one roof.
The curtain-wall façade — a first for this part of Mirpur — creates a dramatic glass and aluminium street presence. Internally, the building is divided into three distinct zones: a retail podium (Ground–1st), office floors (2nd–6th) with flexible plate layouts, and a dedicated restaurant and event space on the rooftop with panoramic city views.
The structural system used RC moment frames with a central core for lateral stiffness — designed to BD National Building Code seismic and wind load requirements. The MEP fit-out included a centralised building management system, fibre backbone, and a 500 KVA generator backup.
