Residential Complex — Bashundhara

A landmark residential project in one of Dhaka's most sought-after neighbourhoods, this 6-storey complex was designed to deliver a premium living experience within a constrained urban site.

Every one of the 12 units is cross-ventilated with dual-aspect windows — a deliberate planning strategy that eliminates the need for mechanical ventilation in common rooms. The underground parking for 18 vehicles was a structural challenge we met with a post-tensioned flat-plate system, freeing up the ground level for landscaped communal gardens.

The rooftop amenity deck — complete with a running track, outdoor seating, and a children's play zone — has become the complex's defining feature and a strong draw for families.
