Project Overview
This flagship residential project in Uttara demanded precision at every stage. The client sought a home that balanced modern minimalism with the warmth of Bangladeshi living culture — spacious yet intimate, sleek yet livable.
We designed around a central courtyard that draws natural light deep into the plan, reducing daytime energy loads while creating a natural ventilation stack. The rooftop garden doubles as an outdoor lounge and reduces the urban heat island effect on the structure below.
Premium materials were sourced locally wherever possible — hand-cut stone from Sylhet, custom teak joinery, and hand-plastered lime wash walls that breathe naturally in Dhaka's humid climate.
